As someone who has firsthand experience as a caregiver to a family member with a disability, Janine truly understands the journey. She’s worn many hats over the years—from support work and service management to coordinating support and navigating the intricate world of restrictive practices.

What sets Janine apart is her magical ability to deliver support that spans the entire arc of a person’s life. Her track record is nothing short of incredible, especially in areas like positive behaviour support plans, therapeutic interventions, and complex case management. Janine is renowned for her work with individuals who have complex needs and for crafting solutions that make their lives richer and more fulfilling.

Janine’s approach is all about being person-centred—delivering supports that are as unique and responsive as the people she helps. Her ultimate passion? Providing high-quality, uplifting, and motivational care to those living with disabilities.

As the Creator, Owner & CEO of BSDAP & her own Behaviour Support Company, Janine brings her wealth of knowledge & experience, guiding direct service delivery and spearheading key projects that focus on the well-being of others. Holly Picton - The Dynamo Behind BSDAP

Holly Picton is the National Operations Manager and the spirited force that keeps BSDAP running smoothly. As a skilled Project & Operations Manager and a busy mum of two gorgeous children on their own journey. Holly understands the challenges that participants, parents, and carers face while navigating their children’s behavioural journeys.

Holly is passionate about positive behaviour support and lives and breathes BSDAP, believing in its potential to change the game for participants and their support teams. Her knack for problem-solving and thinking outside the box makes her a true innovator in the field. Her passion for people and firsthand experience with the time constraints and difficulties families encounter led her to join the BSDAP team. After trialing the program herself, Holly was inspired by how it positively transformed the lives of participants, families, carers, and professionals, and its promise to revolutionise the future of the NDIS.

Holly is your go-to person at BSDAP, responsible for a wide range of activities, from conducting demos and onboarding new participants to organising company setups, expos, and conferences. She is also the mastermind behind the scenes, working closely with our IT team to bring innovative ideas to life. With her in-depth understanding of Behaviour Support and the BSDAP program, she can help you expertly tailor each profile to meet the unique needs of the individual. Always approachable and eager to help, she’s ready to hear your thoughts, answer your questions, and welcome your suggestions. Dr Fiona J. Davis - The Innovator of Inclusive Care

Dr Fiona J. Davis is a trailblazer dedicated to transforming the way vulnerable individuals interact with services. With a focus on “Translation to Practice,” Fiona champions innovative and creative approaches that ensure people receive the support they need while safeguarding their rights. She’s passionate about ensuring that services are not only accountable but also utilise individuals’ funds responsibly to help them achieve their goals.

Fiona’s impressive academic and professional journey equips her with the tools to drive meaningful change. From being a Lead Auditor of Integrated Management Systems to earning a Doctor of Health Science, her qualifications reflect a commitment to excellence and innovation. Her expertise spans quality management, occupational therapy with a focus on Indigenous health, and advanced clinical supervision.
